"The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul. No matter our talents, education, backgrounds or abilities, we each have an inherent wish to create something that did not exist before. Everyone can create. You don’t need money, position, or influence in order to create something of substance or beauty. You might say, I am not the creative type. If that is how you feel, think again. Creation is your opportunity in this life….. Start small. Creativity does not require a brush, a pen, or the keys of a piano. Don’t let the voice of critics paralyze you. You will make the World a better place. Improve, beautify, extend, smile, cultivate, develop, create."

2nd Vehicle!

We got a 2nd vehicle! Haha! This will help a lot to not have to take Corey to work and pick him up late. I guess except for if the weather is really bad. It's a really nice bike!

And Nora is feeding her 'baby'. Hahahahaha!

Rolling over!

I caught the rolling over on camera!

Just another day

Cute bestie going potty together. Wait, what? Haha! This is Nora and her best friend Natalia.

And this is Nathan and his best little friend Jax from across the street.

I just can't get over what a happy and smily baby she is. She is just so sweet.

Oh, and Nathan finished his Reading Bingo for school. He was excited!

Mullet

And so begins the bald-spotted-baby-mullet.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day 2014!

Look at this adorable baby with her heart leggings!!!!

Nathan's box for school.

And Nora got her fingernails painted. Basically her favorite thing that she's always asking for.

Corey and I went to Brandt and Val's with our Logan friends for a Valentine's date. We had a blast and laughed so hard. We brought Lexie with us, for obvious reasons.

Nora's Song

Having a kid in morning kindergarten makes it a little hard to get in a few errands. Grocery shopping is fine, no big deal, those stores are open all the time. Other stores don't open until 10am. So when school gets out at 11:15, I can either run around like a crazy busy person and get 2 or 3 done if they are right by each other and I rush, or I can do just one errand and not be rushed and then 'kill' some time while I wait. It's usually the latter for me. And the way I kill time, we go look at houses.

I have a confession. I'm a house stalker. I am. Overhead satellite view. Walk the street view. Several drive-bys. Save the online pictures and look at them daily. And then more drive-bys to 'kill time'.

This was the case on said day.

Also, Nora loves to sing. She makes up songs all the time. These are her very own words, no prompting by me, that came out of the blue from the back seat while we were killing time yesterday.

This is Mommy's song.
Mommy play (with) me.
Mommy feeds Lexie.
And (we) pee in (the) potty.
Mommy wants (a) house.
This is Mommy's song.

Reading, Reading, Reading

Reading, reading, reading. Having a child learning to read is so satisfying! I'm so proud of him! He's loving learning and this is one of his favorite books right now that he reads over and over. Going to the library has become a new favorite pastime since we've been here. The library is close, free, and so many fun activities.

Lexie is so close to rolling over! Go, baby, go! She just gets stuck on her arm.

These sisters don't like each other at all... ;););)

Oh my drooly baby.

Nathan had Jump Rope for Heart. It's still funny to me to walk into the same elementary school that I attended. Mrs. Nava was my P.E. teacher and now she's his P.E. teacher. #soweird

Still trying to roll over...

Just move your arm out little girl! You almost got it!
