March 5th was the 10 year anniversary of this cute missionary guy entering the MTC in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We celebrated with a very yummy dinner of rice and beans with grilled pineapple for dessert.
We had brown rice, homemade crock pot beans, and the toppings were lime juice, avocados, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage, sour cream, and a seasoned bread crumb type of Portuguese word that I can't remember. And zucchini on the side. You gotta have your veggies!
For the pineapple, we spread some raw honey on it, just a little to get that caramelized texture, and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Delicious!!

Hmmmm. Yummy! And the bread crumbs are called "farofa." That's the best!
