Any activity your family participated in got you points as well as bringing potluck food items and a raffle item. If you thought my mom was competitive, you've never met my Aunt Mitzi! We had 1800+ points at the end and the next one in line was 1200+. I guess you could say we won.
We had a lot of fun doing the different activities that were going on.
Friday morning always begins with a golf tournament. Corey has started his own tradition and gotten my dad involved with wearing totally awesome pants just for golfing.

Friday night after dinner was time to hang out with the boys. This is Corey, my brother, Parker, and my cousins Bridger and Branson playing frisbee.

One of the things to do on Saturday was skeet shooting. This is Corey, my dad, Uncle Dan, and my cousin, Torann.

Another one of the games on Saturday was an eating contest. Everything thing was given a crazy name like turd in a bowl and fish egg pie, but really were something else. Some food things were a weird combination and some were totally normal. Corey ate a 'mystery dish' which my grandma thought was pickled ham. My mom ate 'under the sea' which was grapes and goldfish crackers. 'Fish eyes' was tapioca pudding that my dad and my cousin Kandis ate. My dad also had to eat rabbit intestines and droppings which really was raisinettes, black licorice, and sourkrout on lettuce.

Because Aunt Mitzi was so gung-hoe on winning, she stopped at 14 different All-a-Dollars on her way up from Nevada and bought everything each store had that was blue - hense the blue hair on me and the blue head bands on Corey and Nathan. We even had blue table clothes and center pieces for our tables. The girls painted their fingernails and toenails blue and some had blue eye shadow (I passed on that). Even the back of Nathan's onsie has our logo. Before the talent show started, we had a tribal march up to the park from our trailors. My cousin, Kandis, played a beat on the bongo while we chanted our tribe's name.

These pictures are of Uncle Brooks. He is a really good singer (he sang at our reception, so you might recognize him if you were there). He sang two songs while dancing with the microphone. It was funny and he did a really great job. My dad also sang a song, but I didn't get pictures of anybody else because I left early to get my potluck cooked for dinner that night.

We figured out that this reunion was number 42. The very first reunion, my Uncle Brooks was 2 weeks old and he just turned 41 on July 31st. That really says a lot about this Jensen family. My great-grandma and great-grandpa Jensen would be so proud to know how the family has stuck together and continued getting together every single year for 42 years in a row. Family is so important and I'm so thankful that I belong to such a great one!

That looks so fun. You have such a cute family.
I am so excited you found us. We can totally be blogger friends. Your family reunion sounds like my family reunion. We play games for 2 days straight. I mean hard core competition. It was only a day today, which was a good thing since I was 4 months pregnant when we did it. We are not the best bloggers, but we will be getting the internet soon which will help.
Wow, I am totally impressed by your family's enthuiasm for family reunions! What a great tradition to belong to.
