You might think this is boring

But it's not!! It's the COOLEST thing EVER!!! So, yesterday I bought a steam mop. I hate mopping mostly because it never seems like my efforts even do anything. I never feel like my floor is clean and who has the time to mop every single day? I started with the hand-n-knees method with a rag, but you just keep putting the rag back into dirty water and spreading it all around. So, I got a Swiffer Wet Jet. I figured this would be perfect because you are constantly putting new cleaner on your floor. But, it left some kind of a film that made my floor semi-sticky and still never looked clean. So I concocted my own cleaner with plain ammonia and water into the swiffer. Still, even a day after, I'd wipe up something with a wet paper towel and the paper towel will look dirty. Oh, the agony!!

But, my friends, This Is No More!!

Here are two tiles from my kitchen floor. There are little grooves in our stupid old linoleum and dirt gets trapped inside. These are the dots you can see all over.
And here are those same two tiles after the steam mop. AMAZING??? I think so.

Obviously, I'm a semi-clean freak. But, it really is just semi. Really.

P.S. It was $100, but to finally feel like I have clean floors is priceless!
